Ben Marlowe is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico and began his art career as a street artist in Brooklyn, NY. He received his MFA from California College of the Arts in 2013, and is now working as a motion graphics designer and editor based in LA. His clients include Adobe, IMDb, and Stones Throw Records.

Beyond editing, animating and illustrating, he works in printmaking and experimental film. His films have received international awards, and his work has been included in competitive and curated shows at festivals, museums, and galleries around the world. Including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Jewish Contemporary Museum and The Las Vegas Film Festival.

He currently creates animated segments for NPR Snap Judgment’s LIVE shows.
